A series of workshops at dates and times that work for your group (athletes, coaches, parents, etc.). Choose your class topics, for example: Intro to Sports Psych Imagery / Visualization Flow States Routines Leadership

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellation, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled start time for the option to reschedule. Classes and group workshops will take place as scheduled, regardless of individual attendance.
